Quotes from Estelle

“I have come to understand that healing is best when it comes from a mind/body approach.  Sometimes the way in is through the mind and sometimes it is within the body. A clue may be through a word, gesture, breath etc.”

“It is my belief that wounding begins in relationship and therefore needs to be healed in relationship.”

“I believe that the therapeutic process allows for exploration of one’s most important concerns.”
